Abstract :
The job performance of being important to be research because the roles is an important key for Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the organizational culture, employee commitmenct, and employee welfare . Therefore, organizational culture, , employee commitmenct, and employee welfare become important factors that could affect on job performance Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Medan. This research is quantitive variable or how a variable affect other variables. The population in this study are karyawan Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Medan field as many as 48 people. The sampling method total sampling of population sampled by the number of 48 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnairs and interviews, secondary data collected from Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Medan and study documentations. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis . The result with F test showed that organizational culture, leadership and motivation have a significant affect on job performance, while t Test showed that organizational culture, , employee commitmenct, and employee welfare have a significant effect to job performance. Value contributions showed that 53,5% work performance influenced by organizational culture, , employee commitmenct, and employee welfare, while the remaining 46,5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.
