Analysis of Rhodamin B has been done on which Home Industry cupcake. Rhodamin B is a carcinogenic substance, cause side effects such as cancer and liver damage. Rhodamin B is a synthetic dye that can make the color and a product look more attractive. Identification of Rhodamine B with home industry cupcake using paper chromatography method and qualitative analysis. 1 of 6 cupcake sample produced by one of the home industry contained Rhodamin B with Rf (retention factor) value is 0,70.
