Abstract :
This research would be to assess the move structure of Bello Mesusun dance in Alas ethnic of Tenggara. In perspective of meaning and function of Bello Mesusun dance it would be to preserve the Dance art of Belo Mesusun recently and in the future The result of this research could express the presentation type of dance by using simple moves in perspective move elements by dance concept carrying the items prepared. The elements of move presented used move motifs and variety of move through dance pattern, thus it is difficult to find the aesthetic values of the variety of the move. For the reason aesthetic values should be related to concept of creation and the resulting atmosphere of the performance. This Bello Mesusun dance is performed to welcome for the quests of Alas ethnic of Aceh Tenggara. This dance is also presented in marriage event and rasul circumcision. But generally recently this Bello Mesusun dance was more often presented to welcome for the quests. The Bello Mesusun dance was included into entertainment event and secular form for people of Alas ethnic.
