Abstract :
This research was conducted in Desa Batu Pengamuran Namorambe sub-district from June to December 2016. The research method used is a case study in broiler farm Andarias which is a farm people. Determination of location in this research is done directly on the basis that Andarias people farm is a potential farm and has never been analyzed feasibility of business. Method of data retrieval is by observation and direct interview to breeder. The results showed that the income earned by your farm since the year 2014-2016 in sequence is Rp. 111,930,818, Rp. 66,098,635 and Rp. 108.276.799. NPV value of 250,784,644, IRR of 66.58% and R / C of 1.08% with eligible information. The conclusion is that farm business run by Mr. Andarias can be continued and developed.
