Abstract :
This research was conducted in Traditional Market which was in Deliserdang District conducted in March until April 2016. The research method used was survey by direct interview to the respondents who guided by questionnaire. The sample determination is based on the personal assessment of the researcher that the selected sample is truly representative. Data collection method is collecting primary data and secondary data. The result of the research shows that the influence of marketing cost factor and profit influence the quantity of marketed beef while for education factor, buying price, the influence of big day and other commodity influence do not partially influence to the quantity of marketed beef.
