Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, job satisfaction, and motivation on the performance of Griya Hotel Medan employees. This research is a type of descriptive statistical research. The population in this study are employees in the Griya Hotel Medan which amounted to 55 people. And the sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique where the population is sampled. Methods of data collection in this study are questionnaires and documentation studies. Methods of data analysis using descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of leadership, job satisfaction, and motivation had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Griya Hotel Medan employees. This can be seen from the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0,379 means 37,9% indicates that the variable employee performance can be explained by leadership, job satisfaction, and motivation. While the remaining 62.1% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
