Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of Tangibles, Reliability Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy on Public?s Satisfaction of Besitang Sub-District and to know and analyze the most dominant factors to influence Public?s Satisfaction. The research was conducted on Public?s of Besitang sub-district. The population in this study was the Public?s of Besitang Subdistrict who came to the Sub-District Office of Besitang. Data analyzing method is by using descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. This type of research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through the study of documentation and questionnaire whose measurements use a Likert scale. Data was processed statistically by using SPSS for windows, namely t-test, F-test and identification of the determinant (R2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Tangibles, Reliability Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy have a significant effect on Public?s Satisfaction of Besitang Sub-Distric. Partially, each of the Physical Tangibles, Reliability Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy variables has a positive and significant effect on the Public?s Satisfaction of Besitang Sub-District.
