Abstract :
The main role in the organization is human resources, because in achieving organizational goals is a true driver. Employee performance has a big effect on the company. Attitudes and behavior of people in need within the company can affect the company. The success depends on the performance of the employees in the unit of work available in the company. In its processing it passes the objective of a very important resource in moving the production process because production will not run alone. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the environment, work environment and work motivation for human resources division at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. This research is associative with quantitative approach. Quantitative data was obtained based on the results of questionnaire data processing that was distributed to the research sample. The population of this study is all employees of human resources division at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. Distribution of questionnaires for the respondents using the method of saturation sampling so that the total of the entire population into a sample of 44 respondents. The technique is multiple linear regression. The results of research simultaneously show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Social Security, Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance Division of Human Resources at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. Partial test results show that Social Security, Work Environment and Motivation there is a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance Human Resource Division at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan.
