Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance in the PT. Johor Semayang Berjaya. This research is a type of descriptive statistical research. The population in this study are employees in the PT. Johor Semayang Berjaya which amounted to 55 people. And the sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique where the population is sampled. Methods of data collection in this study are questionnaires, and documentation studies. Methods of data analysis using descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in PT. Johor Semayang Berjaya. This can be seen from the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0,504 means 50,4% indicates that employee performance variables can be explained by motivation and work discipline. While the remaining 49,6% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
