Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership,
motivation and work discipline on employee performance in the Division of HR
PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. This research is a type of descriptive statistical research.
The population in this study are employees in the Division of Human Resources
PDAM Tirtanadi Medan which amounted to 44 people. And the sampling technique
used is a saturated sampling technique where the population is sampled. Methods
of data collection in this study are questionnaires, and documentation studies.
Methods of data analysis using descriptive method and multiple linear regression
analysis. The results showed that the variables of leadership, motivation and work
discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in
Human Resources Division PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. This can be seen from the
coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.554 means 55,4% indicates
that employee performance variables can be explained by leadership, motivation
and work discipline. While the remaining 44,6% can be explained by other factors
not examined in this study.
