Abstract :
Human mobility has begun since time immemorial, the activity is done with various purposes, among others, to find food, find a better place to live, to evacuate from the invasion of others and so forth. In doing the mobility often carry goods or not carrying goods. Therefore the necessary tools as a means of transportation. Transportation is a means for humans to move things, whether humans or objects from one place to another, with or without the use of tools. This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Service Quality, and Price to Consumer Satisfaction At Sempati Star Bus Major Medan - Aceh (Case Study On Sempati Star Star Medan). Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling method. The population in this study is the consumers of Bus Sempati Star Majors Medan - Aceh as many as 73 people. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, the method of multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing which consists of a significant test of partial (t-test), significant test simultaneously (Test-F) with significance level of 5%., And the coefficient of determination ( R2). Based on the value of R Square of 0.726 means 72.6% customer satisfaction can be explained by the variable of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and price. While the remaining 27.4% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
