Abstract :
The economic performance of a region can be seen from the value of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) or economic growth. The regional economic growth has an important role in creation prosperity, improvement of living standards and availability of employment. Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is as a stimulant fund or stimulant fund to encourage and finance village government programs that are supported by community participation in carrying out governmental activities, development and community empowerment. The total allocation of village funds in the past three years continues to increase from 2015-2017 and the economic growth rate of 10 regencies in North Sumatra. Thus the main objective of this study is to analyze the impact of village fund allocation on the economic growth of 10 regencies in North Sumatra. The analytical method used is the panel data econometrics model which covers 10 districts and the data is tracked from 2015 to 2017. The analysis shows that the variables that have a positive effect on economic growth significantly are ADD and the number of workers and the negative effect is the human development index .
