Abstract :
The objective of this research was to know the pattern of DNA bands palm oil based on RAPD used marker OPA-13, OPD-13, OPH-13. This research was conducted at Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara, Medan, from March 2017 until February 2018. Genetic material analyzed were 27 DNA stocks of oil palm MTG varieties from PT. Socfindo and resulted 100% of polymorphic percentage. The size of the DNA that produced a varied range between 424 to 2572 bp. From the 27 DNA samples were analyzed, 19 DNA samples that can be processed in software, because there are some samples that are not amplified so it does not meet the standardized presentation.Genetic distance measurement and dendrogram formation were analyzed using DARwin 6.0 software. The results of the analysis showed that 19 individuals were divided into 3 clusters with a total molecular diversity was 49.87%. The range of dissimilarity coefficient was 0-0,52.
