Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine corn production in the province of North Sumatra . This study uses secondary data obtained directly from Badan Pusat Stastik and the department or agency concerned. The analysis used descriptive quantitative analysis of multiple linear models . Variables used is Corn Production, Rainfall, Air Humidity, and Harvest Area. In this study using Eviews 8.1 as an estimation tool. The regression showed that the Rainfall is not significant positive effect on the corn production, Air Humidity is significantly negative effect on the corn production, and Harvest Area is significantly positive effect on the corn production. Then the relationship between the Rainfall, Air Humidity, and Harvest Area with Corn Production of 85,86 % and 14,14 % is explained by other factors not mentioned in this model.
