Abstract :
ISPA is a disease that lasts for 14 days and attacks the nose, throat and lung. In patients with ISPA, usually the inability to remove secretions from the airway which results in ineffective airway clearing. The purpose of this research overview is to describe nursing care for clients and families with a medical diagnosis of ARI with the problem of Ineffective airway clearance at MEILIA CIBUBUR Hospital. The research design used is descriptive qualitative without direct intervention to the client with a literature study approach that uses data from literature sources. The results of the study of the patient had the client's main complaints, namely coughing, shortness of breath, fever, and the presence of excess secretion accumulation. The intervention for ineffective airway cleaning with ISPA is by performing clapping and vibration techniques, while the implementation of clients with ineffective airway cleaning with ISPA is quite effective because it is able to remove secretions that have accumulated in the bronchi. The author did not do an evaluation because the author did not directly implement the child client, but the evaluation can be achieved by doing chest physiotherapy, namely clapping and vibration techniques can remove secretions that have accumulated in the bronchi.
