Abstract :
Degue haemorrachig fever is a viral disease that is transmitted through the Aedes aegypti and Ae mosquitoes. albopictus, DHF can cause extraordinary events (KLB). The research conducted by the author aims to obtain an overview of nursing care for 2 clients and 2 families who have the same characteristics as female sex, toodler age has the main problem of hyperthermia and the medical diagnosis of dengue haemoracchig fever ( DHF) . This study uses a descriptive qualitative design with a case study and intervention approach. After conducting a nursing assessment on An. C was found with complaints of fever since 3 days before admission to the hospital and a temperature of 38.4 C and in An. A was found to have a fever since 3 days before hospital admission and a temperature of 37.8?C. Found 3 nursing diagnoses in An. C and on An. A found 3 nursing diagnoses. On the priority problem, namely the nursing diagnosis of hyperthermia in both clients, the author takes independent action by giving warm compresses with a frequency of 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes. At the evaluation stage of the three nursing diagnoses owned by the two clients, it was carried out according to the planning and the final evaluation obtained was resolved according to the criteria of 3 x 24 hours. The warm compresses that have been carried out by researchers have been found to be effective in helping to overcome the problem of hyperthermia which has an effect, namely the body temperature returns to normal, with the results on Ms. S temperature 36.5 C and at Nn. I temperature 36.4 C. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the authors give advice to nurses to further improve independent actions to help lower the body temperature of clients with dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF).
