Abstract :
Hypertension is systolic and diastolic blood pressure that has increased beyond the normal limit of 140/90 MmHg., hypertension usually starts as a mild disease and then slowly progresses to a severe condition. that is also dangerous The research conducted by the author aims to obtain an overview of nursing care in 2 clients with an age range of 40-50 years, having hypertension problems. This study uses a descriptive qualitative design with a case study and intervention approach. The results of the study obtained by the author on Ny.S found complaints of headaches, headaches to the neck of the pain scale 6 andthe client sleeps only 3-4 hours at night. TTV results: Td: 180/80MmHg, N: 80x/minute, S: 36.6°C, RR:20x/minute, Mrs. S found that her head felt dizzy, headache to the nape of the scale. pain 5 and lack of understanding about the current health problems the client is suffering from or the disease he is suffering from, TTV results: Td:170/80MmHg, N:85x/minute, S:36,5°C, RR: 20x/minute. Found 3 nursing diagnoses on Ny.S and Ny.A. on the medical diagnosis of Hypertension in both clients, the author took independent measures to provide progressive muscle relaxation techniques in 3 visits.
