Abstract :
Dengue Hemorrage Fever is generally transmitted through mosquitoes infected with the dengue virus. In DHF patients, several symptoms can be found, such as high body temperature, chills, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, aches, red spots on the skin (Center of Health Protecton, 2018). The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care for 2 child clients and 2 gang families experiencing nursing problems. Pain and diagnosis with Dengue Hemorrage Fever at RSAU dr. Space Esnawan. Data from the Ministry of Health in 2020, extraordinary incidences of DHF disease were reported in 10 provinces, the number of cases in DKI Jakarta was 4,227 cases, while patient data obtained from the RSPAU, DHF disease was included in the list of the top 10 diseases with the highest inpatients and occupied the first position with outpatients. most hospitalizations in 2019. Actions to be taken on clients with pain nursing problems are the technique of giving warm water compresses. Where the technique of giving warm water compresses can reduce pain in children. From the results of research conducted on clients, it was found that the nursing problem of pain was resolved by using the technique of giving warm compresses and collaboration with the administration of Ketorolac Extra, Ranitidine 2x3 oral, Ranitidine 30 mg (VI)/12 hours to relieve pain. Conclusion: the treatment of pediatric clients with pain nursing problems in DHF showed that the pain was resolved with a pain scale of 2. The effect of giving Ketrolac Extra, Ranitidine 2x3 oral, Ranitidine 30 mg (VI)/12 hours and the technique of giving warm water compresses reduced the intensity painful. Suggestion: it is hoped that the technique of giving warm water compresses can be applied in providing nursing care with pain nursing problems and can be done by the family independently at home.
