Abstract :
Dengue Hemorrage Fever is generally transmitted through mosquitoes infected with the dengue virus. In DHF patients, several symptoms can be found, such as high body temperature, chills, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, aches, red spots on the skin (Center of Health Protecton, 2018). The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care for 2 child clients and 2 gang families experiencing nursing problems. Pain and diagnosis with Dengue Hemorrage Fever at RSAU dr. Space Esnawan. Data from the Ministry of Health in 2020, extraordinary incidences of DHF disease were reported in 10 provinces, the number of cases in DKI Jakarta was 4,227 cases, while patient data obtained from the RSPAU, DHF disease was included in the list of the top 10 diseases with the highest inpatients and occupied the first position with outpatients. most hospitalizations in 2019. Conclusion: the treatment of pediatric clients with pain nursing problems in DHF showed that the pain was resolved with a pain scale of 2. The effect of giving Ketrolac Extra, Ranitidine 2x3 oral, Ranitidine 30 mg (VI)/12 hours and the technique of giving warm water compresses reduced the intensity painful.
