Abstract :
Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever is a disease that can occur in children, one of the symptoms is hypovolence. Patients with DHF in children who experience a lack of danger will occur hypovolemic shock. This author aims to obtain an overview of nursing care for 2 pediatric clients and 2 families who have the same age characteristics. Has a problem of hypovolemia with a medical diagnosis of dengue haemorrhagic fever. The research design used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, the diagnosis was confirmed in both clients, namely hypovolemia associated with an increase in capillary walls, according to researchs can meet the needs of body fluids in children (Budi & Abdul 2014). Implementans after a nursing assessment in An.M and An.U experianced hypovolemia associated with increased capillary permeability, fluids in the body patients are met based on previous research journals that fluid administration and calculating intake and output in pedriatic clients is quite effective for the needs of the cup in children. At the evaluation stage, the results obtained after nursing steps for hypovolemic problems, the tree nursing diagnoses owned by the top clients were all with the criteria 24 hours.
