Abstract :
Preeclampsia is hypertension in pregnancy that occurs around 20 weeks of gestation there is edema and there is protein in the urine and is also a cause of morbidity and mortality in the mother and fetus, in general an increase in systolic blood pressure> 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure> 100 mmHg, Sectio Caesarea is an act of labor in which the fetus is expelled through the abdominal wall and uterine wall with an intact deep uterine incision. This study used a qualitative and descriptive design with a case study approach that aims to obtain an overview of nursing care for both clients who have the same nursing problem, such as the main problem of pain. acute pain accompanied by severe preeclampsia (PEB), after a nursing assessment was carried out on Mrs. P and Mrs. N who experienced acute pain from sectio caesarea, found 3 diagnoses in Mrs. P and 4 diagnoses in Mrs. N, in this acute pain diagnosis the author provide independent action, namely using hand-held relaxation techniques finger for 3x24, After 3 days of action, the evaluation results obtained, finger grip relaxation therapy carried out by researchers was proven to be effective in reducing pain in clients who experienced acute pain after delivery by sectio caesarea based on the description above, it could be related to mothers who experienced acute postoperative pain. Sc can perform finger grip relaxation techniques independently which is effective to reduce pain scale Keywords: Nursing Care, Post Op Sc, Finger Hand Relaxation Therapy
