SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KEPERAWATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Januari 2023 Ni Ketut Eka Wahyuni Pengaruh Distraksi Menggunakan Stress Ball Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Pre Operasi Sectio Cesaria di RS X Denpasar (xii + 76 halaman + 8 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 12 Lampiran) ABSTRAK Sectio caesarea merupakan tindakan yang dapat menyebabkan kecemasan mengakibatkan tindakan operasi tertunda, lamanya pemulihan, peningkatan rasa sakit pasca operasi. Penanganan kecemasan dapat dilakukan melalui antara lain distraksi yang efektif untuk mengurangi kecemasan adalah distraksi imajinasi terbimbing dengan menggunakan stress ball. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh distraksi menggunakan stress ball terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi sectio cesaria. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimental dengan rancangan One group Pra test-posttest Design. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner hamilton anxiety rating scale, analisis data terdiri dari analisis univariat dan bivariat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan kecemasan pre test rerata sebesar 24,00 termasuk tingkat kecemasan sedang dan post test rerata sebesar 9,83 termasuk tidak mengalami kecemasan. Hasil Paired t Test didapatkan nilai t hitung = 20,483 > t tabel df 29 = 2,069 dan p value = 0,001< 0,05 menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi sectio cesaria sebelum dan setelah diberikan distraksi menggunakan stress ball maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa stress ball juga dapat mengalihkan perasaan responden dari rasa cemas menjadi tenang. Handling anxiety can be done through, among other things, an effective distraction to reduce anxiety is guided imagination distraction by using a stress ball. This study aims to determine the effect of distraction using a stress ball on the anxiety level of preoperative sectio cesaria patients. This study used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This study involved 30 samples selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection used the Hamilton anxiety rating scale questionnaire, data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis. This study showed that the average pre-test anxiety was 24.00, including the moderate level of anxiety, and the post-test average was 9.83, including not experiencing anxiety. The results of the Paired t Test obtained t count = 20.483 > t table df 29 = 2.069 and p value = 0.001 <0.05 indicating that there was a significant difference in the anxiety level of preoperative sectio cesaria patients before and after being given distraction using a stress ball, it can be concluded that The stress ball can also divert the respondent's feelings from feeling anxious to being calm. It is suggested to the hospital that the Stress Ball can be used as an intervention to treat anxiety to divert the anxiety of preoperative sectio cesaria patients.
