Abstract :
TOEFL assessment that varies and psychological factors which are not ready to face the TOEFL, who due to a lack of training in dealing with such tests. Surely will indirectly make the TOEFL score obtain aren't optimal. To support and facilitate the TOEFL test exercises, then one can develop application-based Android smartphone, the TOEFL test through simulation exercises. This android application use touchscreen and loudspeaker. TOEFL practice tests that are expected to provide a simulation of the preparation as possible for the user application. TOEFL test simulation of mobile applications has been tested and all functions run on android version 4.0. Tests on the functions of the application showed that all functions can be run well.
