Abstract :
PT. Globalindo 21 Express is one of the service provider with nationwide delivery. As a provider of parcel and delivery of documents, PT. Globalindo 21 Express has a much larger competitor and first get into this business. Along with the times, people need the services to send goods from one place to another. PT. Globalindo 21 Express comes to addressing the issue. The company is engaged in providing a more focused delivery of services to accommodate those needs. It is therefore necessary to have an edge on PT. Globalindo 21 Express is to be able to compete in this global era. Era where service delivery is growing rapidly and dynamically, spread throughout the country.
