Abstract :
This report aims to provide an overview of the procedure in the procedure of transaction management and payment of the statetax credit installment payment transaction using the Online Payment System Point (SOPP) and remittances (weselpos) at PT. Pos Indonesia, Central Post Office area of South Surabaya VII. The method used in this reportis through observational studies to learn and deal directly work on the management of payment transactions (state tax and installment loans) as well as sending money after the transaction which carried out by the counter officer at PT. Pos Indonesia, Central Post Office area of South Surabaya VII. The result showed that the administrative system of payment transactions and customer remittance were made by a blend of two ways : conventional and computerized
