Abstract :
English is one language that is used as a universal means of communication on an international scope. Learning English requires appropriate and effective approach due to a foreign language in Indonesia. English language learning aids necessary to be able to add interest and motivate beginners to be able to study hard. Computer technology is developing at this time can help in learning independently due to a multimedia facility that can remove images, sound and voice recognition. Mobile Learning Applications pronounce English is an application used to perform the learning process pronounce English. Mobile Learning Applications pronounce English using the features of input speech and text to speech that has been provided on android phones so that users can match the pronunciation and listen to the pronunciation of English by the system. In addition to the process, this application also features maitenance of user data, categorical data maintenance, data maintenance items and assessment results are displayed in the form of lists and graphs. Application of Mobile Learning English pronounce it for 30 users rated 80% and 78% beneficial interest and increase motivation to learn. This application has been successfully run on Android 2.2 and is dynamic, which can perform data maintenance categories and items.
