Abstract :
Amanah is a sharia-based loan for micro / small entrepreneurs, internal and external and professional employees, for the purchase of motorized vehicles and cars. The purpose of this study is to find out what the procedure is for submitting creations at PT. Pegadaian UPC Mall Merdeka. In addition, what are the conditions that must be prepared by prospective borrowers in order to be able to make a loan application. The results of the study show that the procedure for submitting product amanah at PT. Pegadaian UPC Mall Merdeka is very easy to fulfill by its prospective debtors, and the conditions that must be fulfilled are simple so that it makes it Pasier in the submission process.
