Abstract :
Most businesses in Indonesia are Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). MSME
have a significant role on the economy. In banking sector, the credit financing in MSME gives many
benefits. This evidence pushes the demand of micro banking market. From the moment it was
established, BRI who has a business focus in MSME through credit financing program which is
Kupedes, should know the important factor that have to be maintained to keep the growth of its
credit finance.
This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of
independent variables on dependent variable. Independent variables in this research represented
by Kupedes interest rate, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation, and Kredit Usaha Rakyat
(KUR) Program, while the dependent variable is reflected by outstanding Kupedes. This research
was processed by the statistical software Eviews 6.
The results of this study indicates that Kupedes interest rate, Gross Domestic Product
(GDP), Inflation, and KUR program have significant influence on outstanding Kupedes
simultaneously. In addition, Kupedes interest rate, and GDP also have significant influence on
outstanding Kupedes partially, while KUR program and Inflation have no significant influence on
outstanding Kupedes partially.
