Abstract :
This research will analyze the performance measurement of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kebayoran Baru Branch. There are several factors that affect the achievement ofthe company's performance during 2010, such as service quality improvement, cross selling of banking products, expansion of customer accessibility, and human resources development. In this research, measurement of company performance isusinga Balanced Score card concept which consists of the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes perspective, and learning and growth perspective. In line that banking performance, this research will identified several strategies that implemented to reach that targets. Data were collected by research at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kebayoran Baru Branch since 11 April until 31 May 2011, especialy from Formulir Evaluasi Sasaran Kinerja or Sistem Manajemen Kinerja 2010. Based on these four perspectives, this research conclude the overall performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kebayoran Baru Branchare excellent. Financial and customer perspective can result excellent performance, workers (learning and growth) perspective canresult good performance, and internal business processes perspective can results quite good performance.
