Abstract :
This study aims to find out how big factor Earnings Per Share, Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Total Assets, Return On Investment, Current Ratio, and Cash Ratio effect of cash dividend, and to find out where the most dominant factor affecting cash dividend. Using regression analysis of more than 17 companies that purposive sampling are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The observation period from 2005 to 2009. Results of regression conducted after the model free of symptoms and tested the basic assumption and classical assumption of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. Results partially found that Earnings Per Share significant impact on cash dividends, while variable Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt to Total Assets and Return On Investment dividden not affect cash. The coefficient values deter. The coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 85.2% showing more information that can be explained by the independent variable to dependent variable Keywords : Cash Dividend, Companies Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange.
