Abstract :
This study aims to determine the impact of good corporate govermance and company size on financial performance on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. Indicators used in the mechanism of good corporate governance consist of the Board of directors, the boards of commissioners, Independent commissioners, Institutional Ownership, and audit commitess and for financial performance are measured by CFROA (cash flow return on assets). The sample in this company amounted to 91 with 35 bank companies that met the research sample criteria. The results showed that the board of directors, board of commissioners, Independent commissioners, Institutional ownership had no effect on financial performance, but the audit committee and compan size influenced the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018
