Abstract :
Human resources have an important role for company operation activity,
because an employee has a big potency to operate company activity. Employees are the
key of success of company in obtaining the goal and in determining organization
performance. Therefore, employee performance has to be carried by company.
Many things are influenced to employee performance, such as hygiene factor and
motivator factor. This research discusses about influence of hygiene factor and
motivator factor on employee performance by job satisfaction as intervening variable.
Data were collected by questionnaire and Path Analyze was used.
This research use population in the amount 130 respondents. The result of this
research are hygiene factor, motivator factor, and job satisfaction have influence
positive and significant in employee performance. The most variable that influence on
