Abstract :
The purpose of this descriptive study is to investigate bank's financial performance and risk profile. The object of this research are four of State Banks with five years observation period from 2008 to 2012. Based on this research, the results are: BRI and Mandiri has higher financial performance than the average banks but BNI AND BTN are lower. The financial performance measured by Return on Equity (ROE) wich is influenced by the ability of banks to collect funds, and manage assets efficiently and effectively. All of State banks has good risk profile because they implemented standard from Bank Indonesia. Keyword: ROE, Performance, Stated Banks, risk profile.
