Abstract :
This research is aimed to recognize whether there is influence among Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return on Equity (ROE) on return. Analysis method used is double linear regression for knowing what variabel influencing return during period of 2008-2010 in food and beverages industry. The research variable is Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return on Equity (ROE). The result of double linear regression analysis show that the two Indpendent variables are able to explain return variable. The influence of the two independent variable reaches 25,88%. Based on the result of stock price coefficient value analysis PER (0.7098) and ROE (0.0001). This matter shows that ROE represents the dominan variable on return.
