Abstract - This study aims to describe and explain the spelling aspects of the collection of description texts of SMP PLUS AL-Amanah Dander students. The object of this study is the analysis of language errors contained in the text description of the work of SMP PLUS AL-Amanah Dander students. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The analysis of this study uses Milles and Huberman's theory which consists of 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) conclusions. And use PUEBI as a basis for analyzing. The aspects of errors analyzed include: spelling errors, phoneme errors, word form errors, wording errors, and sentence errors. The number of errors contained in this study is as follows: spelling errors as many as 28, phoneme errors as many as 16, form errors as many as 5, word structuring errors as many as 10, and sentence errors as many as 5. The results of the study concluded that the most errors were found in spelling errors which included: writing capital letters, writing in-, and writing punctuation. The cause of language errors is dominated by lack of accuracy in writing and lack of mastery of the linguistic rules of description text. Keywords: Language Error, Description Text, PUEBI
