Abstract :
The role of women has been recognized as vital players within organizations or companies. According to the World Bank (2018), increasing the level of women's participation at the labor market could significantly boost countries' Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Companies that have more women in managerial positions have been able to handle risks more effectively, do better in managing relationships with customers, employees' employees and local communities. However, female employees have to overcome the challenges of having multiple responsibilities at work and personal life which exposes them to stress at work which may affect their performance as employees. Hence, this study aims to investigate the relationships among variables perceived work-life balance, perceived employee performance mediated by perceived employee loyalty in the context of female employees working in the international environment in greater Jakarta, Indonesia. This study applies a quantitative approach with empirical evidence through conducting a survey to a total of one hundred (100) female employees working in international environments in greater Jakarta as respondents such as several United Nations Agencies, multinational companies, Embassies, International Non-Governmental Organizations and International Implementing Agencies during the period of 7-21 July 2019. For the analysis technique, this study uses statistical analysis methods through Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a program to run the collected data. The findings of the study show that work-life balance have positive impact on employee loyality and employee performance and employee loyalty has positive impact on employee performance. This study ads value to the previous researches gap and also expand the knoeledge on human resource strategy to specificallu the loyalty of the performance of employees of employees. The findings also give further esposure and sights lor effective public relations theory and policy to enhance female employee loyalty ard perfomance in a company or organization.
