Abstract :
Long Term Evolution (LTE) is a technology broadband access which is a continuation of the third
generation technology (3G) that using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM)
technology to decrease intersymbol interference the effect of multipath. But value intercarrier
interference still high. This case have effect user performance in cell edge. Therefor it, to overcame
these case need interference management. So, for solving those problem, it needed management
of frequency. In this research, is going to do LTE planning network that using reuse frequency.
Methode of reuse frequency that it used are reuse 1, fractional frequency reuse (FFR) dan soft
frequency reuse (SFR). Simulation planning network LTE do used software simulator atoll 3.3.
Parameters that will observed in this research are RSRP, CINR and throughput. Based on
simulation results, obtained RSRP in reuse 1 of -82,39dBm, the fractional frequency reuse of -
80,36dBm and the soft frequency reuse of -79,54dBm. CINR value in reuse 1 obtained by 7,36dB,
the fractional frequency reuse of 14,36dB and soft frequency reuse scenarios for 14,21dB.
Throughput in reuse 1 obtained by 35.873,78Kbps. In scenario fractional frequency reuse
22.685,56Kbps and the soft frequency reuse 22.607,6Kbps. The highest RSRP value obtained in
soft frequency reuse scenario that is equal -79,54dBm. The highest CINR value obtained in
fractional frequency reuse scenario that is equal 14,36dB. The highest throughput values obtained
in scenario reuse 1 is equal 35.873,78Kbps.
