Abstract :
Formula milk is liquid or powder with a certain formula given to babies and children that manipulated so as to resemble breast milk. Infant formula is an indispensble baby intake for growth and his intelligence. Although rich in nutrient content required of babies or children but only the best nutritional intake of Breast Milk. Nevertheless, there are still many differences in the composition of amino acids and fatty acids and infant formula does not contain the nature of anti infection found in breast milk. Presence of infant formula with different brands and tailored to the child’s age, level of society find it helpful in providing nutritional adequacy at his son. The abundance of various brands of infant formula are there market is currently makng consumers often in choosing infant formula which is suitable and good for consumption. In addressing the metter, required a good knowledge of the public about the formula. The selection formula is not appropiate may result in impaired function and organ of the body. Need for a decision support system to help the public in choosing a formula so that with certain considerations can choose according to your needs. The research method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method of addressing the problems of complex multi criteria into the hierarchy.
