Abstract :
The quality of human resources in the health sector requires quality development because 23% of educational institutions in the health sector are still accredited C, it is necessary for the role of health institutions, namely hospitals, to accommodate competency development facilities in the form of research submissions, but the process is still manual, one of which is Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon. In connection with these problems, a web-based research submission service information system is needed, with feature designs tailored to the needs of Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon. The method that will be used is Rapid Application Development, with several features that include submission of field work practice letters, comparative studies, research, and research ethics feasibility. The implementation uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework and uses a MySQL database with black box testing. System development using the RAD method is quite fast, it only takes approximately 3 months of work because it prioritizes user input. Testing the system using the black box testing method with researchers and 2 representatives of Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon who act as admin and applicant actors. This test focuses on the functionality of the system that is made to produce that the overall system is running properly. The use of the RAD method is quite effective in system development because it prioritizes user needs and system testing using black boxes produces results that are consistent with the overall running 100%.
