Abstract :
Productivity is one of the important indicators in a company. PT. Usmanjaya Mekar Textile Industry (USMANTEX) is a company engaged in manufacturing that produces the final product in the form of grey fabric and consumers can order custom grey fabric. The company experienced problems in the grey fabric production process on the Weaving Shuttle, from 2019 to 2021 the company experienced difficulties in achieving production targets. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of productivity in the Weaving Shuttle unit. The method in this research is Objective Matrix (OMAX). The findings show the value of productivity on the Weaving Shuttle PT. Usmanjaya Mekar Textile Industry for the period January 2021 ? June 2022 that productivity fluctuates up and down every month. The value of the change in productivity index experienced a significant increase from March 2022 to April 2022, while a significant decrease occurred from January 2022 to February 2022. The calculation results can be seen that the lowest ratio is Ratio 3 (efficiency of working hours). The strategy to increase productivity on the Weaving Shuttle is to evaluate the factors causing the decline in Ratio 3 including raw material, human, method, machine and environmental factors.
