Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of manegerial ownership, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility disclosure to firm value. Firm value in this study as proxy for the value of price book value. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2013-2017. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linier regression. The results of this study show that managerial ownership and institutional ownership does not affect the value of the firm , while the coporate social responsibility disclosure has positive affect on firm value. Keywords: firm value, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, corporate social responsibility, price book value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional dan pengungkapan corproate social responsibility ke nilai perusahaan, nilai Perusahaan dalam penelitian ini sebagai proxy dengan pengukuran price book value. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2017, jumlah sampel 130 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purpose sampling. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Kepemilikan Institusional tidak memperngaruhi Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan penungkapan corporate social responsibility memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
