Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of production costs and operational costs on net income. This research was conducted on chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The population in this study were chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013- 2017. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 11 companies as samples. The data used in this study was obtained from financial report data. The results of this study indicate that (1) Production Costs affect negative the net income. (2) Operational Costs affect positive the net income. Keyword: Production Cost, Operational Cost, Net Profit, Chemical Company Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh biaya produksi dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sub sektor kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2013-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor kimia terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2017. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 11 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Biaya Produksi berpengaruh negatif terhadap laba bersih. (2) Biaya Operasional berpengaruh positif terhadap laba bersih..
