Abstract :
Tema Neo vernacular Sunda Sunda Merupakan suatu suku atau kelompok etnis berasal dari bagian Barat Pulau Jawa.Daerah Bandung termasuk yang cukup kental dengan adat budaya sunda .Daerah yang tradisonal. Menyatu dengan alam merupakan suatu ciri khas yang terlihat khususnya yang berhubungan dengan bagunan/arsiteektur. Oleh karena itu perancangan mencoba untuk mengakat tema desain “Perkampungan Sunda†yaitu dengan penataan zonasi ruang yang di rancang sedemikian rupa, penggunaan material lokal atau yang menyerupai material lokal dan bentuk pangung bagunan. Perancang juga memperhatikan pengaruh luar lokasi rancangan yaitu baik dari bentuk dan peletakan bagunan akibat dari radiasi matahari, arah matahari arah angin dan juga memaksimalkan pemandangan laur tampak Kata kunci : Perkampungan Adat Sunda Theme Neo vernacular Sundanese Sundanese Is a tribe or ethnic group originating from the western part of Java Island. Bandung area is one that is quite thick with Sundanese cultural customs. The traditional area. Integrating with nature is a characteristic that is seen especially in relation to architecture. Therefore the design tries to understand the design theme "Sundanese Village", namely by arranging zoning space that is designed in such a way, the use of local materials or that resembles local materials and forms of building structures. The designer also pays attention to the influence outside the location of the design, both from the shape and placement of buildings due to solar radiation, the direction of the sun in the direction of the wind and also to maximize the view of the visible ocean.
