ABSTRAK Judul: Analisis Perbandingan Waktu Dan Biaya Pada Pekerjaan Erection Girder Dengan Metode Launcher Gantry Dan Crawler Crane, Nama: Fildzah Nadhila Zandri, NIM: 41115210041, Dosen Pembimbing: Anjas Handayani, S.T., M.T., 2019. Jalan Tol Becakayu (Bekasi – Cawang – Kampung Melayu) adalah jalan tol layang yang dibangun untuk menghubungkan kota Bekasi dan Jakarta. Salah satu pekerjaan yang penting dan sedang berjalan adalah pekerjaan erection girder. Pemilihan metode erection girder sangatlah penting karena melihat situasi lalu lintas yang padat di lingkungan proyek. Selain itu keterbatasan waktu dan biaya menjadi aspek lain yang perlu diperhatikan dalam memilih metode erection girder. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan dari aspek biaya dan waktu metode erection girder dengan launcher gantry dan crawler crane, serta untuk mengetahui metode apa yang efektif digunakan pada proyek Jalan Tol Becakayu Section 2A. Dilakukan pengumpulan data baik primer maupun sekunder, kemudian dilakukan analisis perbandingan waktu dan biaya pada metode launcher gantry dan crawler crane dengan menghitung cycle time serta indeks kinerja alat. Selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. pada proyek Jalan Tol Becakayu Section 2A. Kuesioner yang disebar berisikan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan launcher gantry dan crawler crane dalam pekerjaan erection girder. Kemudian hasil kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode erection girder menggunakan launcher gantry lebih cepat dan lebih murah dibandingkan dengan erection girder menggunakan crawler crane. Kemudian diketahui hasil analisis menggunakan software SPSS dari alat launcher gantry terdapat 17 variabel independent yang berkorelasi terhadap variabel dependent dan persentase pengaruh kedua variabel yaitu sebesar 75,3%. Sedangkan dari alat crawler crane terdapat 10 variabel independent yang berkorelasi terhadap variabel dependent dan persentase pengaruh kedua variabel yaitu sebesar 72%. Becakayu Toll Road (Bekasi - Cawang - Kampung Melayu) is an elevated toll road that was built to connect the cities of Bekasi and Jakarta. One of the important step and still under construction is the erection of girders. The selection of erection girder methods is very important because of the heavy traffic situation in the project areas. Time and cost limitations are another aspect that need to be considered when choosing the erection girder method. This final task aims to determine the comparison of the cost and time aspects of the erection girder method with the launcher gantry and crawler crane, and to find out what methods are effectively used in the Becakayu Toll Road Section 2A project. Data was collected both primary and secondary, then a comparison of time and cost analysis was performed on the gantry and crawler crane launcher methods by calculating cycle time and tool performance index. Furthermore, authors used quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were employees of PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. in the Becakayu Toll Road Project, Section 2A. The distributed questionnaire contains variables that influence the effectiveness of using the launcher gantry and crawler crane of the erection girder. Then the results of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the erection girder method uses launcher gantry is faster and cheaper than the erection girder using crawler crane. Besides that, the result of the analysis of SPSS from the launcher gantry side, there are 17 independent variables that correlate to the dependent variable and the percentage on the effect of two variables is 75.3%. While from the crawler crane side there are 10 independent variables that correlate to the dependent variable and the percentage on the effect of two variables is 72%.
