Abstract :
In construction projects there are often contract changes during the execution of project work, this change is also called a Contract Change Order (CCO), the contract changes are agreed upon by the owner, Construction Management consultant and contractor, to change the conditions of the initial contract by adding or reducing the work according to circumstances actual on the field. This change in contract can affect the time performance of the project. This study aims to determine the impact that will occur on changes in this contract, what dominant work causes changes in contracts and how the process that led to the Contract Change Order (CCO) using a quantitative approach with the help of Microsoft Excel applications. The results of this study indicate that the effect of Contract Change Order (CCO) on the implementation time has been delayed by -9.481%, the dominant work caused delays in the execution of work, namely landscape work, parking building solar cell jobs, PLN substation electricity distribution work to each building and work PLN substation. From the results of the analysis of this study on the delay in project implementation, a schedule change was made which resulted in an additional time of 37 days. Keywords: Contract Change Order (CCO), Time Performance, Contractor Pada proyek konstruksi sering terjadi perubahan kontrak selama pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek, perubahan ini disebut juga dengan Contract Change Order (CCO), perubahan kontrak tersebut disepakati oleh pemilik proyek, konsultan Manajemen Konstruksi dan kontraktor, untuk merubah kondisi dokumen kontrak awal dengan menambah atau mengurangi pekerjaan sesuai keadaan aktual di lapangan. Adanya perubahan kontrak ini dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui dampak yang akan terjadi terhadap perubahan kontrak ini, pekerjaan apa yang dominan menyebabkan perubahan kontrak serta bagaimana proses yang menyebabkan terjadinya Contract Change Order (CCO) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft excel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Contract Change Order (CCO) terhadap waktu pelaksanaan mengalami keterlambatan sebesar -9,481%, pekerjaan yang dominan menyebabkan keterlambatan peleksanaan pekerjaan yaitu pekerjaan landscape, pekerjaan solar cell gedung parkir, pekerjaan distribusi listrik gardu PLN ke tiap gedung dan pekerjaan gardu induk PLN. Dari hasil analisis penelitian ini terhadap keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek maka dilakukan perubahan schedule yang mengakibatkan penambahan waktu sebesar 37 hari.
