Abstract :
MOLEA PASTA is a product of healthy pasta that made out of Moringa leaves. It has a lot of benefit in health condition. The product that we will produce is Moringa Tortellini. Moringa Tortellini is high nutritive pasta that is rich in minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals. It is ring-shaped pasta originally from the Italian region of Emilia. They are also known described as ?navel shaped?, hence their alternative name is a large wonton. Moringa known used to be potential antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic and antimicrobial agent. Moringa is defines as a cure for diabetes and cancer and fortification of moringa product and being called as ?Miracle Tree?. There will be 4 steps of processing. First is making the pasta dough. In this process we are required to make smooth and elastic dough and let it rest before using it. Second is cooking the filling before we start insert it into the dough. Third is flattening the dough then fill it with the filling and made it into ring shaped pasta. Lastly, we need to cook the pasta by insert it in a hot pot until cooked. After that we need to put in the packaging. Moringa Tortellini will be packed in plastic box or food container. In each pack there will be approximately 300 grams of tortellini pasta around 30 pieces of tortellini since each pasta has different weigh from each other. Every packed will be sold for IDR 35.000.
