Abstract :
An apple is a sweet, edible fruit produced by an apple tree (Malus domestica). Apple
trees are cultivated worldwide and are the most widely grown species in the genus Malus. The
tree originated in Central Asia, where its wild ancestor, Malus sieversii, is still found today.
Apples have been grown for thousands of years in Asia and Europe and were brought to North
America by European colonists. Apples have religious and mythological significance in many
cultures, including Norse, Greek and European Christian tradition. Usually apple trees are large
if grown from seed.
The purpose of this research is to create a new product from an ingredient which is
immensely popular in Indonesia and something that people consume everyday. Apple is one of
the most common fruit that can be found anywhere while sugar is something that almost
everyone consume regularly or daily and can be found in almost every food and beverages. By
creating a natural fruit-made sugar, there?s less chance that people will get diabetes while
enjoying sweet stuff
