Abstract :
The purpose is why I chose beetroot as the main ingredient because in beetroot there
are a lot of nutrients such as Folic Acid, Kaliumen, Fiber, Vitamin C, Magnesium,
Iron, Phosphorus, Tryptophan, Caumarin, Betasianin. and Beetroot also has many
health benefits for the body such as natural detox for the body, prevent hypertension,
prevent anemia, reduce digestive problems, reduce blood pressure and maintain heart
health, prevent cell damage and help heal damaged nerves in diabetics, suppress the
growth of cancer cells ,etc
The purpose of this report is to create healthy and beneficial jam for Indonesia and
why Beetchia jam was created because one of them is the high mortality rate caused
by hypertension / high blood pressure in Indonesia. and one of the natural ingredients
for hypertension / high blood pressure is in beetchia jam, beet fruit. therefore
Beetchia jam is very beneficial for health and is made from natural ingredients such
as beets, Chia seeds, lemon juice and honey.
Beetchia jam also contains protein, fiber, and vitamins and minerals such as vitamin
C, folate, potassium, magnesium, sodium, and iron. thus making this jam able to be
consumed by all ages because it is low in fat and calories, does not contain saturated
fat or cholesterol, and is low in sugar. Beetchia jam also helps to prevent cancer,
prevent strokes, and many other health benefits of Beetchia jam so that it makes
Beetchia jam a super food that has many benefits.
There will be 4 steps in processing Beetchia jam, first cut the beetroot into cubes,
second cook the beetroot over low heat and crush the beetroot slowly, third add honey
and chia seeds, fourth put the ingredients into a jar of jam and let it sit in the chiller
around one night. Beetchia jam will be packed with 125ml glass jam and each jar has
a net weight of 50 grams of BeetChia Jam.
