Abstract :
TAJO is a tapai that made from mung beans. Tajo also has a lot of benefit for human
body because mung beans itself contains a lot of nutrients. Mung beans are easy to
digest, easy to modificate and apply to other recipe. Mungbeans also have a lot of
health benefit such as lowering bad cholesterol, lowering blood sugar, high in
antioxidant, mung beans may promote weight loss by suppressing hunger and
raising fullness hormones.
Tajo are made by fermenting mungbeans. Tajo can be made and apply to other
recipe such as pudding.
Tajo will be packed in plastic jar with lid on it. Each jar will contain 100 gr of mung
beans tapai. And 1 jar tajo will be sold for IDR 25.000
