Abstract :
KOYAK is a food stall that sells croquette with tempoyak filling. We can see from the development of food and various food needs in each person is increasing, but the most important thing is, many of them are very interested if there is food that has been created into a product that?s slightly different from the original product. KOYAK will gives sensation of eating croquette using paper bowl and spoon. This croquette has a different filling from the one that are generally sold in market. Fillings that makes it special and different is the tempoyak, that?s made using fermented durian as its main ingredients and also tuna which is great if you combine both of those ingredients. The initial stage of this business is opening a food stall to introduce our products to be recognized by people, then in the future ( when many people turn out to have an interest in our products ) we will start making croquette products to be sold as a frozen food so that it can be distributed to many places.
