Abstract :
One of the businesses that has a big opportunity nowadays is culinary. In
addition, the culinary business has a good prospect in the future and can be called
as a never die business because everyone needs food to give them some energy so
they can do their activities. This business is also quite challenging, because aside
from having a good taste of food, service is also one of the important aspects. This
aspect is one of the main evaluations from customers because the important thing
in doing business is to satisfy customers by providing the best service. We have to
present something unique and different to catch their attention.
This report is about an entrepreneurship business that has been done for 6
months called By Brielle. By Brielle Patisserie is an online-based shop that was
first established on November 8, 2020. Furthermore, ByBrielle wants to make a
new and unique cake that has not been famous yet, so ByBrielle choose to sell
entremet cake in Semarang. What makes ByBrielle different from other cake shop
is that our cake is not the usual birthday cake such as sponge / butter cake. Our
entremet cake consists of various layers of texture and flavor that make this cake
unique, so it can be said that in one bite you can taste different flavors that
complement each other. The look of the cake is also unique because it can be
made following our customer desired color / design so that the cake can resemble
the characteristics of the birthday person. For this entremet cake, we think that it
has great potential and opportunities in the future if it is planned properly and
correctly
